July 2020 Update
We are writing to let you know that, following the short hiatus caused by COVID 19, work is progressing well on developing the first phase of apartments and houses on Folkestone Seafront. The contractors introduced secure working practices to ensure the safety of their staff and were able to retrieve nearly all of the time lost by the temporary suspension of work on the site.
Piling is now complete, with 200 piles having been sunk up to a depth of 27 metres to ensure that the building has solid foundations supported by bedrock.
