Plot C1 Proposals

Plot C1 represents an exciting phase of development on Folkestone Harbour & Seafront – and is currently the subject of the planning application submitted to Folkestone & Hythe District Council.

It is an opportunity to bring new architecture, homes and commercial spaces to Marine Parade. New planting, shingle gardens and a play area around the site will enliven the boardwalk, with a new terrace for everyone to enjoy the sea views from.

The planning application deals with the architecture of the individual buildings, landscape and practical details.

The scheme is now closed to formal consultation.

The Folkestone Harbour & Seafront Development Company held a series of consultation events on the proposals for Plot C1. Our formal consultation on these proposals has therefore closed.
